GRM Group S.r.l. was constituted in Milan in 2026 as a private holding company. Our purpose is to take and manage equity interests in other companies — and to give those businesses the financial, administrative and strategic spine they need to grow with discipline.
We are not an intermediary and we do not act for the public. We invest our own capital alongside a small circle of partners, and we work in service of the companies we hold.
Headquartered in Piazza Santo Stefano, a few steps from the Duomo, the firm is led by an experienced sole director.
